Signed and personalized books purchased directly from us are custom-made items. Because they are individually signed and/or personalized specifically for each customer, these books are non-refundable and non-returnable. All direct sales of customized books are final once the order has been processed.
Books purchased through Amazon are not considered direct customized sales and are subject to Amazon’s own return and refund policies. Any returns or refund requests for Amazon purchases must be handled in accordance with Amazon’s guidelines.
If your direct purchase arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
